If you do not select a paid plan before the trial ends, your AI agents will be automatically paused and your account will be restricted. No charge will be made. Your account data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to assess usage and make a determination at our discretion.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds promptly thereafter.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Creem.io, our merchant of record, and refunds normally appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
You can also reach Creem.io, our payment provider, directly via their buyer support at creem.io.
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and your billing is adjusted on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current period.
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades do not result in a refund for the difference in the current period.
You may change your plan at any time from your account billing settings.
